What does Arsenal Complete include?+
Both complete products in one membership, saving €80 per year, plus cross-product recommendations to learn then create.
Can I try before paying?+
Yes. Twelve complete playbooks, ten full courses and the first module of all 4,320 programmes are available without a payment card.
Is payment annual?+
Yes. Each plan is paid once for twelve months: €380, €420 or €720.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Stop renewal from your billing area before the due date. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Can I change plans?+
Yes. Manage the active membership from your dashboard first, or contact us, to avoid two concurrent subscriptions. Your data is preserved.
Do I keep access to my files?+
Completed deliverables you downloaded remain usable for your business. Access to source models, premium playbooks and courses ends with the membership.
Is AI included?+
Yes in Communication and Complete, with 150 personalised responses each month. Courses alone does not include premium Arsenal Assistant access.
Are courses updated?+
Yes. Improvements and new content released within your plan are included during your access period at no extra charge.
