2. Professional scope
These terms apply exclusively to customers acting for purposes connected with their trade, business or professional activity. The customer confirms this professional status before payment. The service is not sold to consumers acting for private purposes. The French version of these terms forms the contract; this English version is provided for convenience.
3. Service included
Each annual membership provides one named user with twelve months’ access to the resources included in the selected plan. Arsenal Communication includes the 600 operational playbooks across ten communication areas, completed examples, editable models, downloads, member dashboard, installable web application and Arsenal Assistant. Arsenal Formations includes the 4,320 professional training programmes across eighteen subjects, their lessons, exercises, saved progress and completion attestations. Arsenal Intégral includes both services. Arsenal Assistant is included only with Arsenal Communication and Arsenal Intégral, with 150 generated responses per calendar month; unused responses do not roll over. Updates released during the paid period are included. Completion attestations are internal records and do not constitute an official diploma or certification.
4. Technical requirements and account
The customer needs a current web browser, internet access and a valid email address. Access is personal and linked to the email used for registration and payment. Credentials may not be shared. The customer must promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
5. Order process and evidence
Before payment, the customer can review the selected service, price, annual renewal and these terms, correct the professional email address used, and expressly confirm both acceptance of the terms and purchase for professional use with immediate activation. Creating an account before payment is not required. Payment through Stripe completes the order and access is linked to the email address used for the transaction. Electronic records, the timestamped consent record, Stripe transaction data and the confirmation email constitute admissible evidence of the order. 6. Price, invoicing and payment
Arsenal Communication costs €380, Arsenal Formations costs €420, and Arsenal Intégral costs €720, each net payable for twelve months in a single instalment through Stripe. Each membership unlocks only the services described on the pricing page; Arsenal Intégral includes both services. French VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The selected price displayed immediately before payment prevails. Stripe makes the invoice or payment receipt available. No complete card number is stored by L’Arsenal.
7. Late payment
Access is activated only after successful payment. Any amount exceptionally invoiced outside the automatic payment flow and unpaid when due bears late-payment interest at three times the French statutory interest rate, together with the statutory €40 fixed recovery charge, without prejudice to additional documented recovery costs.
8. Duration, renewal and cancellation
The agreement begins when payment is confirmed and runs for twelve months. It automatically renews for successive twelve-month periods at the price communicated before renewal. The customer may stop renewal at any time before the next billing date from the member dashboard by selecting the clearly labelled “Cancel my membership” function, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access remains available until that date.
9. Immediate activation and refunds
Because the offer is reserved exclusively for professional customers, the consumer fourteen-day withdrawal regime does not apply. The customer expressly requests immediate activation. Once access has been activated, no discretionary refund is due for non-use, change of mind, failure to download resources or cancellation during the paid period. This does not affect a refund expressly required by mandatory law or an appropriate remedy where L’Arsenal is responsible for a substantial and prolonged failure to provide the paid service.
10. Licence and permitted use
The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to consult, download, adapt and use the selected plan’s resources solely for their own professional activity, internal communication and skills development during the membership. Completed documents created from the models may continue to be used after membership ends. Source resources and training programmes may not be resold, sublicensed, shared with another organisation, published as templates, mass-extracted, used to train a competing system or incorporated into a competing content library.
11. Arsenal Assistant
The assistant is a drafting and operational support tool, not legal, tax, accounting or regulated professional advice. The customer must verify facts, sources, dates, rights and regulatory claims before publication. Responses may contain errors and must be reviewed. Input must not contain unnecessary personal, sensitive, third-party confidential or protected information.
12. Availability, maintenance and support
L’Arsenal uses reasonable professional care to keep the service available and correct material defects. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security or incidents affecting a provider. Support requests may be sent through the contact form or to contact@arsenal-communication.com. Planned content additions are an editorial commitment, not a guarantee that a specific playbook will be published on a particular date.
13. Suspension and termination for breach
Access may be suspended after notice where payment is reversed, the account is shared, resources are copied or redistributed at scale, security is threatened, or these terms are materially breached. In an urgent security or unlawful-use situation, immediate protective suspension is permitted. The customer is given an opportunity to remedy the breach where appropriate.
14. Liability
Each party remains liable for its fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence and obligations that cannot legally be limited. Subject to those exceptions, L’Arsenal is not liable for indirect loss, loss of opportunity, expected savings, reputation or data arising from the customer’s use or adaptation of the resources. Aggregate liability for direct proven loss is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected annual period.
15. Personal data and confidentiality
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy. Each party remains responsible for confidential information and personal data that it chooses to place in a document or assistant request. L’Arsenal does not sell customer data.
16. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for a failure caused by an event beyond its reasonable control as defined by French law. The affected party informs the other and takes reasonable steps to limit the consequences. If the event prevents the essential service for more than thirty consecutive days, either party may terminate the affected agreement.
17. Governing law and disputes
French law governs the agreement. The parties first seek an amicable solution by contacting contact@arsenal-communication.com. Failing agreement within thirty days, the dispute is brought before the court having jurisdiction under the ordinary French procedural rules. Consumer mediation does not apply because the service is sold exclusively to professional customers.
18. Final provisions
If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. Material changes apply only to future orders or renewals and are communicated before they take effect.
